If you place your order over a weekend or on an Australian public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post or DHL delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Megan Hess Pty Ltd’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.
Delivery within Australia
All orders placed within Australia are shipped by Australia Post. This is a tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.
All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
Deliveries outside of Australia
Please note:Due to the current world health crisis and the decrease of planes leaving Australia, the shipping prices provided by international postal services has increased for international orders.
International orders can choose Australia Post or International Courier Service.
Australia Post – All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
International Courier Service – $90 flat rate for print only orders and $150 flat rate for all other product orders (this will be the only shipping option available for customers located in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Kenya and Saudi Arabia, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your shipping options).

International deliveries are ongoing but remain affected by COVID-19. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Please bear in mind that:
restrictions and capacity constraints are causing delays in most countries
some countries are not currently accepting parcels
items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities
all estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer

For delivery to countries outside of Australia, your order may be subjected to import taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Megan Hess Pty Ltd has no control over how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Megan Hess Pty Ltd is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped.
Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the link to the Australia Post website.
