How do I commission Megan for an illustration?

Where can I find signed books?
Megan often does various book signings throughout the year. Sign up to the mailing list and keep an eye on Megan’s social media platforms to be notified of upcoming book signing events.
Occasionally, there is a selection of signed books available for Australian residents from Booktopia.com.
How long does it take to prepare a Megan Hess fine art print?
Megan Hess fine art prints are made to order and will take 5 – 10 business days to be processed and dispatched.
All fine art prints are hand-signed by Megan Hess before being packaged ready for shipping.
Please note, you will be notified if Megan is away at the time your print order is placed, as the print will be put on hold until she returns.
What happens if I purchase a print with other products?
As prints are processed in a different location, please expect your prints to arrive in a separate shipment to your other Megan Hess products.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or swap items within your order. Please note, we are unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible via shop@meganhess.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Where are Megan Hess products stocked?
Megan Hess products are currently exclusively sold through the Megan Hess website, and are not available in any international retailer outside of Australia.
The entirety of the Megan Hess book collection can be found at your local bookstore or on various online bookstores such as Booktopia (AUS) or Amazon (Rest of the world)
Are Megan Hess products available for wholesale?
Megan Hess products are currently unavailable for wholesale.
However, all Megan Hess and Claris books are available for wholesale purchase via Megan’s publisher, Hardie Grant. For more information on this please contact shop@meganhess.com
My parcel is late or missing, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team via shop@meganhess.com with your order number as soon as your order meets any of the below conditions:
If your shipping address is within Australia:
• Your item hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery time
If your shipping address is outside of Australia:
• International Courier or Express item hasn’t arrived within 5 business day of the estimated delivery time
• International Standard item hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery time
• If you are an international customer, your parcel may be at your local customs office awaiting the payment of tax charges. For more information please see Taxes, duties and tariffs under the “Shipping” page.
You can submit an enquiry at any time, of course, and we’ll investigate as soon as we can. By noting these timeframes, our team will be able to lodge an investigation with our courier and postal services on your behalf.
