SHIPPING & HANDLING
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed within 48 hours - the Megan Hess online store is unable to dispatch orders over the weekends/pubilc holidays.
During busy holiday periods, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.
All print orders are custom printed and hand signed by Megan Hess. Additional time may be required if Megan Hess is overseas at the time of the order.

International customers may be subjected to additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery. Unfortunately, Megan Hess HQ has no control on how these local fees are calculated or assigned. Megan Hess HQ is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred after the item has been shipped. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
A refund or exchange can only be issued where the item is faulty. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
If the product you received is damaged or faulty:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org - you may be required to send imagery of damaged or faulty product.
2. Products must then be returned for assessment before approval for the item to be processed for a refund or exchange.
3. Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition we will either despatch a new item or arrange a refund.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange for change of mind. Exchanges are only issued if items are defective, damaged or wrong item is received.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend goods are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Megan Hess does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
